"I had been shopping for an upgrade to my 2004 Shadow/AERO 750 cc for about 6 months. I searched for Honda Dealers in the N.W. since my access to one here in the Tri-Cities is limited. Luckily, I found Hinshaws web page and was immeadiately impressed. I had wanted a VTX 1800, but the price of a new one scarred me. I was amazed at the availability of "New" 2005 (and newer) models available. I talked with Rick Stone on the phone and was immeadiately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the bike I was after. After his recommendations and the availability of choices, I went to pick up my "New" 2005 VTX 1800 R/3 within one week from my first call. Excellent sales help and the entire experience was second to none. "About two months ago, I purchased a used 2005 Suzuki Boulevard, C50T, for my wife. She had just passed the MSF Course and I knew that my bike was too big for her to start on, a 2003 1500cc Honda Valk. From a previous visit to Hinshaw's with a friend, I figured their large multi-brand showroom would be a good place to go to find the right bike for her. With the knowledgeable help from a Hinshaw's Sales Rep, we determined that this bike was a good bike for her. I am sure the sales rep has heard many times, the customer say "I have to check on my financing before deciding and that we will be back"to never have them return. We came back the next day to finalize the deal and the sales rep told us it just was reduced in price. What a nice suprise!! Since she was timid about riding it for the first time in I-5 traffic, I drove it home for her. I was very impressed with it and liked the low idle handling. I knew then that it would be great for her. She has fallen in love with it and now has an addiction to motorcycles as bad as myself. Thanks to Hinshaw's and their friendly staff it was a very enjoyable purchase!! I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a motorcycle to talk with the knowledgeable sales reps at Hinshaws to help determine the "best" bike to purchase for their riding needs!!"
